DEMENTIA AWARENESS WEEK

Dementia Awareness Week will run from Monday 30 May until Sunday 5 June.
The aim of the week is to raise awareness of dementia and help improve the lives of people with dementia, their families and carers.
This year's theme is 'Prevent, Care, Cure'
