Business Gateway (Outer Hebrides) is staging a free cyber security and fraud prevention roadshow in Stornoway later this month.

Cyber and Fraud Centre—Scotland is delivering two sessions, which will take place in the Caladh Inn in James Street, Stornoway, on Tuesday, April 30.

The morning roadshow, which will run from 9.30am to midday, is aimed specifically at private and third-sector organisations. It will focus on discussing key cybersecurity topics for 2024 and providing practical tips on how individuals and organisations can build robust cybersecurity knowledge and processes.

The afternoon event is for public organisations and will run from 1pm to 3.30 pm.

Each event will cover various topics, from developing an incident response plan to building a cyber strategy. At the same time, networking opportunities will allow attendees to form connections and share ideas on protecting their organisations.
